If, like me, you grew up eating traditional bean pie, I assure you, you haven't experienced anything like our Bean Pie Bar. It is just the right amount of smooth, creamy bean custard atop our popular golden brown shortbread base and that extra something special you just can't put your finger on.
If, like most people, you've never heard of bean pie at all, don't run scared at the thought of a dessert made with beans. Think somewhere along the lines of pumpkin or sweet potato pie, only MUCH better!
